CemixFlo Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
Introduction
CemixFlo is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chains. We operate with integrity, fairness, and respect for all individuals, and uphold the highest ethical standards in everything we do.
Our Business
CemixFlo designs, manufactures, and distributes innovative water pipe accessories for the construction industry. All our products are assembled and dispatched from our facility in Unit 4, St James Industrial Estate, Chichester PO19 7JU by a team of local, skilled staff.
Our Supply Chain
We are proud to confirm that:
All materials are sourced exclusively from UK-based suppliers.
All manufacturing takes place within the UK, using trusted partners and in-house production.
We conduct appropriate due diligence when selecting suppliers and ensure they align with our ethical values.
Our Commitment
We do not tolerate slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking in any part of our operations. In line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we are committed to:
Acting transparently and ethically.
Monitoring our supply chain to identify and reduce risks.
Ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and voluntary employment for all individuals involved in our production.
Training and Awareness
All CemixFlo team members are made aware of the risks of modern slavery and are encouraged to report any concerns. Our small, UK-based operation allows us to maintain strong oversight of working conditions.
Reporting Concerns
If any individual suspects a breach of this policy, they are encouraged to report it confidentially to management. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Policy Review
This policy is reviewed annually to ensure it remains fit for purpose and reflects any updates in legislation or business practices.
